What is bidding and tendering?
Tendering and bidding, abbreviated as tendering and bidding, originated in 18th century England and was initially used in the field of public procurement. Tendering and bidding are two aspects of a commodity transaction process.
Tendering refers to the act of the tenderer (buyer) issuing a tender notice, explaining the name, specifications, quantity, and other conditions of the purchased goods, and inviting bidders (sellers) to bid at a specified time and place according to a certain procedure.
Bidding is a concept corresponding to bidding, which refers to the act of bidders submitting documents to the tenderer at the invitation or active application of the tenderer, in accordance with the requirements and conditions of the tender, within a specified time, in order to win the bid.
What is a bidding inspection report?
In the process of entering the bidding process, the product needs to meet the requirements of the product standards. Different testing standards for different products also have different requirements. The product can provide a qualified third-party testing report, which proves that the product meets the standard requirements. It can pass the preliminary review of the bidding process. Only after passing the preliminary review can the qualification for bidding be obtained. For enterprises, it is one of the thresholds for entering the bidding competition, So the bidding and testing report of the product is very important!
Legal basis:
Article 22 of the Measures for the Administration of Tendering and Bidding of Government Procurement Goods and Services: If bidders are required to provide samples, they shall clearly specify in the bidding documents the standards and requirements for sample production, whether relevant testing reports need to be submitted with the samples, the evaluation methods and evaluation standards for the samples. If a testing report needs to be submitted with the sample, the requirements and testing content of the testing institution should also be specified.
